Shostakovich and mon oncle

Next week the "Andrés Segovia" chamber orchestra, directed by Víctor Ambroa, will play and arrengement of mine of a piece by Shostakovich called "Tahiti-trot" in the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid next tuesday at 19:30. There's some interesting info about this work here.

The last of the Just

first weeks of composing the score for "The Last of the Just"Hello everyone, It's been a few weeks since I began composing the score for the thriller "The Last of the Just". Directed by Manu Carballo and produced by Filmax, Ensueño Films and Lemon Films. For more info about the film, go here and here.
I am still in reel 1 but I already have some leitmotifs. Below you can listen to one of them. It's a mock-up version (using samplers only) but the quality is not that bad. This leitmotif in particular is for the main character Teo (played by Diego Martin) and you can hear it in his moments of calm and instrospection. Tell me what you think...
